We hope you love everything you receive from HAPCO, Inc.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send back the product(s) you wish to return within 30 days of purchase date.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. 

Defective - return your defective item prepaid and you will be reimbursed for the postage.  Once received, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

We use USPS for shipping. Rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping cart. Orders placed Monday-Friday will typically be shipped within 24-48 hours. All orders include a $1.00 handling fee.

Please note:  Rarely, parts may be placed on back order and will not be shipped out immediately.  If a product you purchase is on back order, you will be contacted immediately by HAPCO and a delivery date will be given, back order time will generally be no longer than two weeks.  The remaining products purchased will still be shipped.  HAPCO, Inc. will strive to ship your product as quickly as possible.

It's easy! Choose your products from the categories in the menu on the left. Click on the "Buy " button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart. Put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart; when you're finished, click on "Checkout ", fill in the required information, and in no time you'll receive your order.
