Refunds
We hope you love everything you receive from HAPCO, Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send back the product(s) you wish to return within 60 days of purchase date and we will refund your money plus shipping costs when we receive the returned product(s).

Shipping
We use UPS shipping for items above one pound and the USPS for packages under one pound. Rates are calculated by the weight of the items in your shopping cart. Orders placed Monday-Friday will shipped within two weeks. Orders placed Next Day Air or Second Day Air will be shipped within 2 days.
Please note: Rarely, parts may be placed on back order and will not be shipped out immediately. If a product you purchase is on back-order, you will be contacted immediately by HAPCO and a delivery date will be given, back order time will generally be no longer than two weeks. The remaining products purchased will still be shipped. HAPCO, Inc. will strive to ship your product as quickly as possible.

How to place an order
It's easy! Choose your products from the categories in the menu on the left. Click on the "Buy " button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart. Put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart; when you're finished, click on "Checkout ", fill in the required information, and in no time you'll receive your order. Please note: Your browser needs to be set to accept cookies before you can add items to your shopping cart.
